Before you claim your property
Your Property Passport is free.
To claim a property, we need to confirm two things:
- ✓You are who you say you are (identity verification)
- ✓You have the right to claim the property (ownership verification)
These checks help keep property information accurate and secure.
Claiming your property includes a one-off £19.99 verification fee.
You'll always see any costs clearly before you continue.
